• 1 big cup of non-sweetened plant-based milk (coconut, rice, almond, millet, hemp, milk)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (organic, extra vierge)
  • 1 tsp grounded curcuma
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon (Ceylon) or a cinnamon stick
  • 1 pinch of ground ginger
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • 1 pinch of ground black peper
  • 1 pinch of sea salt (Himalaya or Celtic Sea salt)


  1. Heat up the plant-based milk (do not boil)
  2. Add all the ingredients
  3. Mix with a spatula and if you want it extra foamy you can use a blender
