Ingredients:
- 1 big cup of non-sweetened plant-based milk (coconut, rice, almond, millet, hemp, milk)
- 1 tsp coconut oil (organic, extra vierge)
- 1 tsp grounded curcuma
- 1 tsp of cinnamon (Ceylon) or a cinnamon stick
- 1 pinch of ground ginger
- 1 pinch of cardamom
- 1 pinch of ground black peper
- 1 pinch of sea salt (Himalaya or Celtic Sea salt)
Preparation:
- Heat up the plant-based milk (do not boil)
- Add all the ingredients
- Mix with a spatula and if you want it extra foamy you can use a blender
